Incredible, stunning location close to everthing. And next to restaurants, supermarkets, fish and chips and a variety of other shops which are an easy 5 minute walk, food outlets and the centre. Overall really lovely stay for five nights over the Easter holidays.

It was really close to attractions in the area, and the centre of Paihia and the quay for the Bay of Islands, magnificent location overall. The continental breakfast was great and had a lot of meals. Good service, though a few employees were not so helpful.
The bathroom was a little cramped.
